Morgan Fairchild is an American actor from the United States. The actress was born Patsy McClenny in February of 1950. The actress gained fame in the late 1970s and early the 1980s by playing recurring roles in numerous television shows that she often portrayed the image of a glamourous woman. Fairchild made her debut on The CBS morning soap Search for Tomorrow as Jennifer Pace between 1973 and 1977. Fairchild's career began in 1973 when she played Jennifer Pace on CBS' Daytime soap opera Search For Tomorrow. It was her turn to play Jenna Wade for the first time in 1978. The following year she was cast in the lead role on the NBC show Flamingo Road. (For this season, she won the Golden Globe Award nominated Best Actress for Television Series drama). In 1984 she co-starred in ABC's short-lived, primetime soap Paper Dolls which followed by a stint as a character in Falcon Crest as attorney Jordan Roberts in 1985 through 1986. Fairchild is also a performer in theatre and has played on TV shows like Murphy Brown, for which she was awarded a Primetime Emmy Award nomination for the best guest star in a Comedy Series.
