Lowell was introduced to acting by the movie Dangerously Close followed by a small part in the Robin Williams movie Club Paradise. The roles she played included co-starring with Bond girl Pam Bouvier, in the James Bond movie Licence to Kill (1989) as well as the Assistant District Attorney Jamie Ross, in 1996.
